Joe Taylor

Physiotherapist

Joe joined Aspire in 2024, bringing with him a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Newcastle and Masters in Physiotherapy from University of Technology Sydney. Joe commenced his physiotherapy career in a private practice in Bondi and returned home for our lifestyle and much better beaches on the Central Coast. Joe enjoys challenges, meeting new people and solving problems. He is committed to enhancing his career via his learning at Aspire and routinely applies this to every one of his patients.

Joe is a lifelong rugby man, a stalwart of Terrigal Trojans and a long serving Central Coast Representative player. Joe has also played rugby for NSW Country Cockatoos. He has also explored his passion for martial arts in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in recent years and is frequently in the gym, practicing the healthy lifestyle and activity that he preaches to his patients. Joe's lunches at work challenge Brendan for attention to detail, nutrition and the presence of obscure vegetables most of us have never heard of, but Joe wins the day for volume!

Joe loves applying manual therapy including dry needling to provide rapid pain relief and using his considerable skills in teaching and prescribing exercise and activity to get you moving and strong again. Joe is very thoughtful and has a keen eye for detail, which makes his assessments thorough and his careful treatment planning will involve you every step of the way back to your best.
