Brendan Clark
Physiotherapist
Brendan has been helping people move, feel and live better on the Central Coast for nearly four decades. Over that time, he’s worked with many thousands of patients and become one of the region’s most respected and trusted physiotherapists.
After graduating from Sydney University in 1988, Brendan spent the early years of his career working across Australia, England and Scotland before eventually opening his own practice back home. For the next 23 years, he grew the clinic while raising five kids and completing a Master of Sports Physiotherapy — a qualification that opened doors to work at every level of sport, from local weekend athletes all the way to the Olympic Games.
Since selling his practice in 2017, Brendan has continued to deepen his clinical skills. He has a particular interest in neck and shoulder issues, headaches and migraines, TMJ (jaw) pain, dizziness and vestibular problems, concussion, persistent and complex pain, fibromyalgia, autoimmune conditions and chronic fatigue syndrome. Brendan achieved titling as a Watson Headache® Certified Practitioner in 2014. He is the only physiotherapist on the Central Coast with this level of qualification and regularly receives referrals from doctors, neurologists and other physiotherapists.
Outside the clinic, Brendan “practices what he preaches” — keeping life balanced with time spent with his grandchildren, plenty of outdoor adventures (usually involving water), gardening, good food and great coffee.
What Brendan enjoys most is working with each person as an individual. He takes a holistic, whole‑body approach and collaborates closely with a trusted network of health professionals to achieve the best possible results for his patients. If you have a condition that requires caring and thoughtful management, you will be in the best of hands with Brendan.
